How I Charge

My costs are based on the following considerations:

  • Paying myself so I can pay my bills or collaborators for their expertise (double the cost)

  • Putting 2.5% to Zakat or Sadaqah (charity) and Pay the Rent

  • A percentage into offering low-cost gatherings and programs to community

  • To be able to offer sliding scale options when needed

  • Services to help you design and map out the experience and outcomes for a program or workshop.
    This is an hourly rate that ranges based on your set-up:

    • Non-profit (early stage): $120 / hour

    • Non-profit (with a grant / budget): $140 / hour

    • Local, state or federal government agency: $200 / hour

    • Traditional For-profit Business: $180 / hour

    • Social Enterprise / For-purpose Business: $140 / hour

  • To help you facilitate a workshop, training session or consultation experience.
    This is an hourly rate that ranges based on your set-up:

    • Non-profit (early stage): $150 / hour

    • Non-profit (with a grant / budget): $180 / hour

    • Local, state or federal government agency: $200 / hour

    • Traditional For-profit Business: $200 / hour

    • Social enterprise / For-purpose Business: $180 / hour

  • To help you moderate or conduct an event for your organisation or project’s objectives.
    This may change slightly based on the event. All the options assumes additional time for client meetings, prep and travel.

    • 1-2 hours: $500

    • Half day: $700

    • Full day: $1200

  • Sharing my reflections on a topic, lived experience or professional perspective.
    This is based on the amount of time required at the event:

    • 10-minute key note: $200

    • 30-minute to 1 hour panel: $250

    • 2-3 hour engagement: $400

    Program design, delivery and facilitation for young and emerging social entrepreneurs across Victoria (funded by Social Enterprise Victoria Network). Included an intensive period, weekly workshops and pitch night preparation and MCing.

  • Brotherhood of St. Laurence - Professional Development

    Tailored training series for their Employment Mentor team to unpack Goal Settings / Draw your Career Map , so they can better support and motivate their clients throughout their jobs search.

  • Social & Economic Inclusion Unit - Women's Co-design Process

    A series of interviews with women in Wyndham to understand their experiences of finding employment or starting their own business that were to inform the next iteration of the Opportunity Wyndham Project.

  • Leading Change for the Greater Good - Leadership Program Launch

    MC and Moderation Services Leading change for the greater good: harnessing your influence’ which aims to build interest and start community conversations around local leadership - in community organisations, at a grassroots level and in a civic capacity – ahead of the launch of the City of Whittlesea’s community leadership program.

  • Social and Affordable Housing Information Session

    MC and Moderation services for the Community Information session on Social and Affordable Housing with the City of Whittlesea. The purpose of this session was to address the concerns the community have raised thus far in our online survey and undertake a bit of myth busting.

  • Multicultural Family Day @ Whittlesea Womenhood Association Inc

    MC and Facilitation services at the Whittlesea Womenhood Association’s Multicultural Family Day - run entirely online using digital tools of engagement for families in the Whittlesea municipality.

  • CHASE - Community Health and Student Engagement

    Transformative Communication workshop at their 2021 Mentors forum, Tailormade Leadership series for CHASE Executive team run over 4 sessions in 2021, Volunteered as a CHASE Mentor at Copperfield College in 2015

  • IndianCare Social Meet-up

    Facilitation of networking activities for IndianCare’s 2021 Social Meet-up event. This was on the back of facilitating online sessions for IndianCare with newly arrived students from India.

  • Public Speaking and Storytelling Program

    An eight-week Public Speaking and Storytelling program, consisting of group training and 1-1 coaching sessions run for Wyndham Community and Education Centre (WCEC).

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Done Right

    MC and Facilitation services for WE Lead - the Women Engaged in Leadership program, that brings together current and emerging leaders to inspire and encourage growth in leadership among diverse women in the Victorian community.

  • How-to-Adult Crash Course

    The “How-To-Adult” Crash Course program ran hourly online workshops, designed to create awareness about soft skills, engage with tools to develop the skills and foster a community that shares the experience. Sessions were run online and in-person for a range of audiences and stakeholders. Topics included: Self-advocacy, Career Journey Mapping, Self-care, Navigating a new Culture, and more.

  • Headstart Initiative - Student Consultations

    Facilitation (including planning, preparation, debrief and transport) of focus groups at Victoria University Secondary College and Taylors Lakes College to inform work on improving vocational education and retention at school in Brimbank.

  • Business for Good Webinar Series

    Workshop to support changemakers thinking about the financial sustainability of their ideas and considering the setup of social enterprise models.

  • Victorian Skills Authority - Youth Roundtable

    Hybrid workshop and consultations to support the Victorian Skills Authority hear from young people about their reflections on educational experiences to inform strategy updates.
